Tips to be healthier

We all wish to be healthier but it is not as easy as it seems. Sometimes we don’t really know where to begin. We give you some tips to be healthier.

Think positive and be grateful. Life is short and your body remember what you think. Focus on the positive. You will see your life from a totally different point of view.

Eat well. Eat vegetables every day. You will feel better and you will lose some extra weight if you need to. Eating 5 meals every day and including vegetables reduce the risk of developing cancers.

Exercise every day. You don’t need to go running every day but try to walk or bike to work, use the stairs, or go for a hike on the week end.

Sleep well. If you have trouble sleeping, try meditation and yoga classes. If will help you to be more relaxed and sleep better. It is also important to remove TVs, computers, and gadgets from your bedroom and try to avoid large meals before bedtime.

Quit smoking and drink less alcohol is also important to get an healthy way of life.
