XTREME SHARK VOLUNTEER EXPEDITION | HERMANUS IN SOUTH AFRICA

Celestial Gift Experiences will arrange this exclusive deep sea fishing experience in Walker Bay, which is home to 62 shark species, string rays and skates. This half day expedition will be led by a scientists, giving you the opportunity to work alongside experts as they tag sharks, collect data and contribute to shark conservation. Two 1/2-day Extreme Shark Science Expeditions run on each suitable sea day. Expeditions are 4 hours each, including a 15 minute safety and scientific briefing before launching, and a 15 minute scientific debriefing following each expedition. Trips times are: 07h30-11h30 (AM) and 12h30-16h30 (PM). Each expedition launches from the New Harbour, Hermanus where we set sail into Walker Bay in search of sharks.
