A well-presented, customer service oriented person with exceptional communication skills is required to join the growing Port Elizabeth branch of a national TES and recruitment company. The position requires someone who is extremely organised and has sound time management abilities as well as high energy levels and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You should also posess the ability to work well as part of a team and to handle conflict and difficult situations. Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, particularly with regards to TES, is essential as is experience with disciplinary procedures, WCA, bargaining councils and related legislation. A sound understanding of payroll procedures and relevant calculations, exclusions etc. is required. A minimum of Matric with proficiency, both spoken and written, in English and Afrikaans and no less than three (3) years’ experience in a similar environment is essential. A code 8/EB drivers’ licence and PDP is not negotiable. A tertiary qualification in HR/IR is an added advantage, but not essential. Salary R to R per month depending on experience + company cellphone + use of company vehicle during working hours Position is to start 1 February .
