SECURITY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR IN SOUTH AFRICA

RE: VACANCY FOR A TRAINING INSTRUCTOR   The successful candidates must meet the following criteria:                       A minimum of 2/3 years experience Ability to communicate well in English and Afrikaans Excellent Leadership Skills Must have report writing skills (statements) Must be computer literate Well Presented and must be a self-starter Clean disciplinary record   Knowledge: SIRA Grade A qualified instructor. Training / Education experience with traceable references Registered with min of 1 institution (eg PSIRA)   Function: Ensure that all training programmes are properly implemented and or delivered on. To maintain a record of trainees and courses attended. To ensure economical use of resources. To participate in the identification of training needs in the Company and implement agreed training to satisfy those needs. To assess effectiveness of training provided and ensure that accurate up to date training records are always maintained. To plan and lecture on training programmes.
