International tourism company with their Head Office based in the UK, has an opportunity for a Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team based in TechnoPark. Reporting to the Reservations Team Leader, the primary purpose of this role is to effectively sells and service mainly package bookings, helping to drive sales hit targets and deliver profits.The Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:Manage bookings to ensure that aspects are delivered in a timely and accurate manner with complete professionalism Be proactive and think ahead to anticipate client's needs Develop strong Agent, Operator and Supplier relationships to understand their needs and goals Use various online systems to check availability, make bookings, issue and re-issue tickets Process bookings ensuring accuracy and delivery to set standards Maintain a database of up-to-date of up to date lead-in packages for all itineraries
