National Retailer (Hardware Industry) seeks to appoint a Frontline Manager for their depot in Tokai.  The ideal applicant possesses strong leadership skills and is able to work well under pressure.   Remuneration:  R basic negotiable + benefits   Minimum Requirements: •                    Matric essential – tertiary qualification advantage •                    Computer literate (SAP highly beneficial) •                     2+ years exposure in a retail frontline management environment     Responsibilities will include: •                    Ensuring customer satisfaction levels •                    Ensure that equipment is within working order •                    Frontline cash management •                    Manage authorisation of payments, balancing of cashiers and banking •                    People management - cashiers, information desk and receptionist
