RESTAURANT MANAGER / FUNCTION CO ORDINATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
We are looking for an individual to manage our trendy, well established Italian restaurant. Must be a well groomed, energetic and hardworking individual with excellent people skills, who is able to effectively and efficiently run our kitchen and front of house on a day to day basis. The individual must be a quick learner, be computer literate and have good numeric skills. Duties will include but not be limited to customer liaison; staff management and training; stock take, ordering and control; costing of food and beverages as well as cash ups. Requirements: · A minimum of 2 years’ working experience or relevant hospitality qualification · GAAP system experience is preferred · Italian food knowledge is preferable Salary negotiable with an option to grow within the company Only short listed individuals will be contacted.
