Plantation Shutters is looking for someone that is: - Well organized and thorough - Presentable and well spoken - Have his/her own reliable transport - Computer literate and have good writing skills (English) (Afrikaans will be an advantage) - Able to handle difficult situations/Clients and must have a calm and professional approach to these situations. Daily duties will be as following but not limited to: - Booking dates and installations with all clients - Responsible for all customer care duties - Planning all installations and maintenance calls - Liaising with Factory regarding all outstanding items and installations - Collecting all outstanding funds from clients - Liaising with installation manager on a daily basis on any changes to the program.
