JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Junior Bookkeeper post available in prominent property management firm in the Strand. Duties will include monthly processing of multiple entities as follow: -Monthly customer & supplier invoicing -Capture and allocation of payments & receipts in cashbooks -Sending out of monthly statements -Making payments to suppliers -Following up with clients about account queries -Recon of accounts -Writing journal entries at year end Successful candidates must have: -Matric (Grade 12) -Junior bookkeeper to trail balance experience -Must be able to work independently and as part of a team -Able to adapt to change -must work well under pressure and with deadlines -Proficient in English and Afrikaans (well-spoken) -Computer literate in Excel, Outlook &Pastel Partner Salary Expectations: R to R depending on experience.
