INJECTION TEAM LEADER IN PORT ELIZABETH

Description: Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Injection Team Leader. Requirements:- Matric- 3-5 years manufacturing experience leading a team Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide direction, instruction and guidance to the team,- Ensure housekeeping and OPEX is adhered to,- Manage flow of day to day operations,- Provide necessary on the job training,- Monitor team members performance and communicate inefficiencies,- Monitor hourly totals and ensure daily targets are met,- Perform trial racks as required,- Chase late work and priorities,- Check machine at start up of shift,- Ensure mold changes are done correctly,- Perform cup tests at start of shifts,- Ensure operators perform to standard- Liaise with Manager/HR regarding IR issues- Undertakes such other duties as assigned from time to time- Willing to work shifts Please send a detailed CV to hellohr@protonmail.com
