A Printing and Packaging Company is looking to employ a HR Assistant. For a temporary Period starting in Jan 2020. Criteria Grade 12 with HR Qualification Driver Licence 1-2 Years Experience within a HR Enviroment Duties Assist HR Manager with the recruitment process screening; selecting suitable candidates. Assist with recruitment of Learnerships and Internships, Conducting interviews; and register new recruit on Astrow and Unis Remote Manager v4.2 Keeping record of staff absenteeism. Placing Job adverts conducting reference checks Typing dismissal letters chairing disciplinary hearings and sending telegrams to employees who AWOL, Issuing of Notices to attend hearings Give induction training to new appointed staff; Assist with recruitment of trainee Operators. Assist with Campus recruitments. Drafting of fixed term and permanent employment contracts keeping up with new Legislation or updates Issuing relevant warnings to employees as per Company Disciplinary Procedures Handle employee complaints in form of grievances; Is part of the company Employment Equity monthly meetings to identify training barriers and addressing it, Responsible for employees’ performance evaluations/appraisal reporting; Assist HR Manager representing the company on CCMA level Conciliation Arbitration; Submitting Work Place Skills and ATR to relevant Seta’s Email CV to machinemindersa@gmail.com Assist HR Manager with in house training for staff setting up of venues and make sure all training material are available.
