HOTEL RECEPTIONIST IN STELLENBOSCH

A 4* Hotel has a vacancy for a vibrant, friendly and trustworthy receptionist. Sound people skills are a must. The applicant need to work shifts and week-ends. A knowledge of Opera Reservation system or similar is required. The following will be your key performance areas: All general Reception/Reservations duties including but not limited to: Switchboard; telephone answering' telephonic information assistance, guest check in and out,reservations assistance, information assistance (telephonically & guest direct, all hotel services), FO/Hotel administration assistance, cashiering responsibilities, receiving of payments, shift cash up and closure, Available immediately.
