(pneumatic tools, winches, power tools etc) The Company is located in Newcastle KwaZulu-Natal and was founded and established by the Owner and his wife in . Initially, the focus was to service the industrial sectors in the Northern KwaZulu-Natal. Over the years, and in keeping with customer growth, needs and demands, services now extend throughout the KwaZulu-Natal Province and beyond. Ostensibly run by the Owner, he is assisted by his Wife and Son as well as a number of other knowledgeable and qualified personnel. The nature of the business is such that, the relevant authorities (to ensure compliance with mandatory safety standards) enforce stringent controls. The company is mainly involved in the supply, service, maintenance of lifting equipment, and as such falls under the OHASCT, section 18, known as DMR 18. The company is also approved by the Department of Manpower, as required, to perform such work. Department approval is LME 033. The company is also a member of: Lifting Equipment and Engineering Association of South Africa. (LEEASA). All technicians, as required by law, are qualified and registered as Lifting Machine Inspectors. Accordingly, the company is particularly well structured and organized with documented systems and procedures in place to maintain a consistent and professional approach. This applies to safety, workflow, administration (job cards, invoicing etc), ordering/buying, quality control, lines of authority, record keeping, storage, filing and various other disciplines too numerous to mention. The resultant effect is that the Company has established an excellent reputation for its consistent supply of quality products in conjunction with a reliable and professional approach to repairs, maintenance, after-sales service and advice.
