ECD SUPPORT TEACHER (STELLENBOSCH) IN SOUTH AFRICA

The Pebbles Project Trust is a registered NPO that supports children, families and communities on the wine farms in and around Stellenbosch and Wellington. The work of Pebbles consists of 5 main pillars: education, health, nutrition, protection and environment. For more information, please go to www.pebblesproject.co.za. The Pebbles Project seeks to employ an Early Childhood Development (ECD) Support Teacher based in Stellenbosch. This is a half day position (08hh00), five days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (AMONG OTHERS): “On-site” teaching in 5 ECD centres Administration and purchasing Assistance with the Pebbles Project special needs educational programme and toy library Ensuring the effective implementation of the Pebbles Project ECD programme Assistance with the development of the Pebbles Project ECD programme Training of the ECD centre staff REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT TICK EACH REQUIREMENT): Teaching degree or diploma with a minimum of five years’ experience Clean driving license and own vehicle Fluent written / spoken English and Afrikaans Excellent computer, administration and organisational skills To apply, submit a CV and motivation letter to Kobie Snyman at:  by the 7th of November .
