DATA ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT IN SOUTH AFRICA
The main functional responsibilities are: · Interpreting information and inputting data into the product file · Capture information that has been approved by the Product File Administrator · Assist the Product File Administrator with the scheduled audits used to maintain the product file · Check and capture data projects that may occur with regard to the product file · Check for errors and report any unusual observations · File documentation Minimum Requirements: · Matric · 2 years relevant experience in a data processing environment Knowledge and Skills Required: · Good interpersonal skills · Computer and keyboard literate · Strong Excel skills · Knowledge of Kerridge · High levels of accuracy · Integrity · Must show initiative · Adaptable and flexible · Accountable, dependable and strong stress tolerance
