URGENT** SALES/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR_6 MONTH CONTRACT_CPT IN SOUTH AFRICA
We are urgently looking for a candidate with strong Sales and Office Administration skills to join our Even Flow team in Cape Town for 6 Months. Minimum Requirements for this role: · Matric qualification · Relevant administrative experience in an office environment · Advanced computer literacy skills Key Performance Area's: Sales Administration · Sales Assistant to Sales Manager and Sales Team · Procurement of Local Stock · Managing Incoming stock/booking collections with Freight Forwarders · Managing Webinar Campaigns with both internally and commercially · Managing client expectations for lead times and pricing structures · Managing new dealer applications · Managing Demo Stock Items · Monitoring Quotations/Pro forma invoices · Managing Sales Reports on CRM programs · Administration on Pastel · Co-ordinating training sessions and schedules · Website management including loading products on website, training dates Key Attributes and Competencies: Adaptability Quality controls and high work standards Initiative Planning and Organizing Results orientation/drive Service excellence Team work Good time keeping skills To apply for these positions or for more information relating thereto, please send your CV to careers(at)evenflow.co.za
