An Upmarket Fine Dining Restaurant in Durbanville is seeking an experienced Waitron to be trained into an assistant manager position. This is the perfect opportunity to take that next step in the hospitality industry. The following skills/personal traits are a must: - Good communication skills (English & Afrikaans) - Own reliable transport - A positive, solutions driven attitude - Well presentable, neat and tidy - Available Tuesdays to Sundays Day & Night Shifts - Eager learner and quick study You will be required to work extra hours for assistant management training as well as work your prescribed waiting shifts. You will be trained in the kitchen, as well as the office and the bar. Ultimately, an Assistant Manager will be required to run front of house and bar when the General Manager is not on shift.
