MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Grow the annuity business of services & maintenance for PAM. Managing the service department: Assist with higher level service work; Attend to service calls and allocate suitable resources to the work; Attend to service calls and fault find problems; Assist with preparation and commissioning of projects And any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer's business, as the employer may from time to time direct. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS - Good communication skills, both orally and written - At least 10 years experience in industrial refrigeration field, of which at least 3 must be at managerial level - Suitable technical qualification from a reputable technicon or university
