SALES TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA

Mango5 is an Outbound Call Centre situated at Airport Industria, Cape Town. We are looking for a Sales Training Administrator in our Training Department. Requirements: - Previous sales experience advantageous (cold calling, outbound sales) - Experience with SETA and submission of Skills as well as EE Reports - Facilitation experience would be preferred - Broad understanding of the Call Centre (inbound and outbound) environment - All administration which would include but not be limited to the upkeep of training registers and reports, filing, printing of material etc. Qualifications: - Matric - Facilitators course or equivalent qualification Should you meet the above requirements please send your CV together with your supporting documentation to - REF STJan Please note that due to the high volume fo CV's received, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
