The candidate must have a clear criminal and credit record.   Requirements: Customer service experience Matric Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) Software literacy in Pastel advantageous Ability to handle pressure in a changing environment A good problem solver with an attention to detail Proven communication skills with customers and colleagues Proven telephonic etiquette Proven email etiquette Candidates need to have a clear credit record   Responsibilities and Duties: ·         To assist customers in a showroom environment ·         To capture orders for ‘walk-in’ customers as well as by phone, email, fax ·         To liaise with the warehouse when necessary re: orders ·         To help ensure a neat showroom ·         To assist with any other reasonable request from Management   Starting salary: R per month   Email CV with contactable references to
