SALES ASSISTANT IN PORT ELIZABETH

The following position exists at Classic ado Melbro Wholesale (Pty) Ltd – Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) Branch: Key Job Functions Sales Mainly responsible to serve a top group of customers Must do follow-up calls on ALL requests made by customers Must know the function of ALL new lines that arrives Keep the customer informed of ALL new lines and promotional items Ensure that the end displays are kept FULL, NEAT and TIDY at all times Customer Service Assist customers at all times in a helpful, courteous manner. Personally, look after your group of customers Willing to do customer visits and cold calls when required. General Advise the Manager of customer requests for specific products. Update the manager daily with all your customer’s info Requesting additional stock as and when required Ensure that the ends and dump bins are neat and tidy at all times. All functions regarding the above must be done daily Requirements Matric or equivalent qualification Exceptional customer service skills Good communication and administration skills Sales driven Computer literate Team player Able to work under pressure Product knowledge Telephone etiquette Must be willing to work overtime Clear criminal record Willing to change tea/lunch times to assist with customer needs Advantage MCBA – in-house system Valid driver’s license Own Vehicle Computer literacy: Windows & MS Office Closing date – Tuesday, 20 July 2021.
