A Well-Established, Reputable, Long Standing Privately Owned Booking Organisation is currently seeking to employ dynamic Sales Agents. Who will be responsible for making outbound calls to a selected Customer Base, for Customers that are either inactive or that could be possible new Customer leads received through various Marketing Campaigns. The purpose of the position would be to increase the Customer Base / Retain Customers / Convert inactive Customers to active. Minimum Requirements: Matric/Grade 12, Sales and Marketing experience, Betting experience (Advantage), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Must be Customer orientated and Quality focused. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Customers and proactively promote the Company and Brand with the view of increasing the active Customer Base.Outbound calls as response to sms campaigns, social media campaigns and leads, promotional calls and referral campaigns, inactive Customers and other campaigns such as Sales and Marketing. Follow the script provided during the telephonic contact with the Customer and ensure that QA scores are at expected levels. Effective reporting on call statistics, outcome of calls and related details. Establish rapport with the Customer. Ensure communications is at a level that maintains the Company Brand / Image and not does expose the Company to reputational risk Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
