RESTAURANT MANAGER NEEDED IN SOUTH AFRICA

Very busy upmarket Mediterranean restaurant is seeking an experienced manager to join the team. The restaurant is Medium size(200pax) Large staff compliment; you will join a team of 4 managers Either a senior or junior manager Must have own transport Min of 2 years experience at management level for Junior and min 5 years for senior Live relatively close by, great organizational skills, Shift work of 6 days on, 1 off; day shift 6 to 3, night shift 3 to (NO DOUBLES) Possible weekend times of work vary Attention to detail, Hands on, able to run the floor with the waiters Ability to cope under pressure, and be a team player and work well with fellow managers Must have a passion for the industry, Experience in Micros POS is essential, Knowledge of food costs and all it entails Ability to implement new systems that can co exist with current is a great advantage Great opportunity to grow within the business as we have 2 shops, If you feel your work ethic and personality will fit the position - Please forward your CV Salary 7 - 8k + for Junior (depends on experience) + monthly incentives Salary k + for Senior (depends on experience) + monthly incentives Salary is definitely neg..
