Established Property Company in Port Elizabeth looking for an experienced Residential Rental Agent to join their dynamic and growing team. Agent responsibilities and requirements: Logbook and NQF4 completion Rental Experience of 2 years minimum Valid FFC Viewings, occasional after hours as per industry norms. Inspections and handovers - all app based - computer literacy is a must. Someone who is proactive who can operate under pressure and solution based. Someone who understands the Rental Housing Act and legal procedures in terms of leases. Able to meet targets for sourcing of new rental properties and growth of rental book.
