RECEPTIONIST IN SOUTH AFRICA

An international design hostel located on the Atlantic Seaboard in Cape Town is seeking a Receptionist to provide excellent customer services in a fun and energetic environment.   Minimum qualifications: ·         Matric ·         Hotel School Diploma or similar ·         1 year experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry   Knowledge and skills: ·         High energy level, positive work attitude and a team player ·         Superior customer service and conflict resolution skills ·         High personal presentation and appearance ·         Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and telephonic skills, including problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills ·         Planning, organisation and time management skills ·         Knowledge of hotel services, promotions and tourist attractions ·         Geographical knowledge ·         Computer literate – Excel, Word, Opera and Micros or similar   Please send a cover letter, picture and written references with your CV.
