Plan resources, materials, people and equipment for rebuilding, minor maintenance and major overhaul of diesel equipment. 2. Develop and implement best practice maintance and asset care strategies for diesel equipment. 3. Develop cost and time appropriate project plans for equipment rebuild and monitor the execution of rebuild program. 4. Develop and implement SOP's and Work planning 5. Ensure materials and parts are sourced in an efficient and timely manner. 6. Lead and guide a team of artisans to effectively implement strategies. Experience and Skills 1. Proven experience working with Bell ADT's and Mercedes Powerline. 2. Knowledge of suppliers and sources new and used parts and components. 3.
