PERMANENT LEASE/PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED IN A WELL IN SOUTH AFRICA

Minimum requirements: Excellent verbal and written English Creditors clerk experience Computer literacy with specific reference to Microsoft Word and Excel Organisational skills(time management and self managing of resources) Innovation and problem solving ability Desirable knowledge, skills and other competencies: Experience in property administration Knowledge of legal aspects relating to properties Experience with ACCPAC accounting software Key duties include: Administering a property/rental portfolio(as the tenant) Reconciliation and payment of utilities, rates and taxes Entering into and amending of lease agreements (after legal opinion) Building successful relationships with landlords and tenants The salary is per annum PS: Only South African citizens and foreigners with valid work permit are illegible to apply.
