MOTOR TRADE JUNIOR PA / SECRETARY TO DEALER PRINCIPAL IN SOUTH AFRICA

Please note this is a junior position! My client, a franchise dealership, has a position open for a JUNIOR PA to the DP.  R per month including benefits  of medical aid and pension fund. (FYI DP is Dealer Principal = Branch Manager) Requirements for this position include the following:  Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans  Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word & Power Point.  Matric with computer literacy required as subject  Valid drivers license will be to your advantage  Understanding and or exposure to the motor industry is required.  I am looking for someone who can think on their feet, use their initiative as well as follow instructions to the T! Attention to detail is extremely important and your people skills will be tested in this position!
