Mobile Ready Mix We specialise in the supply of a ready mix Karoo 30 batch plant erected on site, preferably next to the contractors site office. Our plants are electronically integrated with batch reports done for each truck load of ready mix dispatched. Our professional team ensures that first class concrete is produced even in the most difficult terrain. We will supply two 6m3 mix trucks per batch plant, giving us an out put capacity of 60m3 to 100m3 of concrete daily. We are running fleets of new FAW and Merc Mixer trucks. Other machinery includes, 6m Sand sieves, TLB’s, Bobcats, Generators, Site offices, Test cube curing facilities, Tip trucks and 30m3. These all help in making us almost 100% self sufficient onsite and not having to rely on local contractors who have proven to fail us in the past. - All aggregates are tested by Contest, who are our choosen mix design specialists - Cubes are MPA tested by Contest according to SABS specification - Mortar mixes and other designs can be supplied - Specialise in the supply of ready mix for raft foundations, water storage tanks and aprons for RDP housing
