Efficient, self-motivated, organised, individual who is hands-on, service focused and attends to all matters with a real sense of urgency.   KEY RESULT AREAS Opening and closing of the restaurant Overseeing of waitrons Running daily waitron meeting Allocating waitrons sections for their shift Responsible for daily cash-ups of waitrons Ensure smooth service – lunch & dinner Ensure correct ambience in restaurant- music, lighting and general noise level Guest liaison Training of Front of House staff- upselling, etiquette, steps of service, F&B knowledge Beverage stock take Month end procedures   Minimum 2 years’ experience. Ability to work shifts essential.
