We are looking for ESTATE AGENTS in the Durbanville & Brackenfell Area Duties: Collecting information about property. Visiting and talking to sellers. Estimating values on property, Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers, Monitoring the sales as they proceed & liaising with all interested parties including mortgage brokers and attorneys. Keeping up to date with the trends in local and international markets. Minimum requirements: Must have three years experience in similar position, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
