DYNAMIC RESTAURANT FLOOR MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are looking for a Junior to Middle Management Floor Manager. We need a dynamic, energetic, quality leader who is ready to take that next exciting step in his or her career. You must have a proven track record with leading a team successfully, experience with stock takes, spot checking big item stocks daily plus bar spot checks, computer literate, able to send management stock takes as well as brief reports, your priority must be motivating your team, turnover and most importantly engaging guests. You must be details driven constantly keeping an eye on the floor, door, layout, settings, kitchen, hygiene, bathrooms, you must be one of those Floor Managers who is all about the guests experience and the details. Big smile, good heart, kindness, respect and integrity are some of your key qualities. Drivers license is essential and there will be shift work.
