Responsibilities: · Contacting customers by telephone, email and online chats · Processing and taking ownership of all outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment · Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services · Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, e.g. welcome calls, failed purchasers, etc. · Processing pertinent information into relevant databases · Excellent time management and adherence to schedule Requirements · Matric · Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) · Demonstrated literacy in MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel · Proven sales or customer service track record adv. · Proven passion for customer service and excellent CRM skills · Pro-active, organised and strong personal drive If you meet the above requirements and if you would like to know more please send your CV to
