CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN RUSTENBURG

Customer Sales Representative Location - Rustenburg Salary -R9000 per month plus benefits Hours: 8.30am to 5.00 pm The Position: These roles require exceptional customer focus and individuals who continuously looks for improvements on behalf of their customers. Taking responsibility for a selection of key customers, duties will include: Managing a portfolio of customer accounts Handling customer queries and offering excellent levels of customer service Maximising revenue by exploring all sales opportunities and researching the market with potential new clients. Processing sales orders and credits Recording and maintaining customer information through Excel Using CRM system to proactively contact customers Working towards sales targets Playing a Key role as part of a small team Occasional travel to trade and consumers shows and customer offices. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an office environment, working within customer service or sales, be self-motivated and driven with the desire to grow the role and deliver exception customer service. Skills required: High level of verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Strong telephone and organisation skills Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel Language skills essential for this role and to be bilingual in either German, French, Italian, Spanish, Korean or Mandarin.
