CROSS TRAINED SALES CONSULTANT (ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER) IN SOUTH AFRICA

Truworths is looking for a self-motivated individual with experience as a cross trained consultant. The applicant should have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, share our commitment to fashion, quality and customer service excellence as well as take on a supervisory function in the absence of the store manager.   Ideally, applicants for the position should meet the following key requirements and competencies: ·         At least 1 - 3 year’s retail experience in a medium to large fashion retailer – most recent ·         Must have experience working at the cash desk / service desk and on the sales floor ·         Proven leadership ability within a retail store – highly beneficial ·         Excellent customer orientation ·         Good merchandising and security awareness ·         Payments and purchases on POS system ·         Opening new accounts ·         Maintaining or controlling stock losses ·         Professional and well groomed ·         Energetic, self-motivated,resilient and loyal ·         Excellent selling and influencing skills If you have what it takes, send your CV to with “Cross Trained Consultant Kuilsriver” as the subject line Closing date: 13 January
