CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL / ASSISTANT - PROPERTY COMPANY R PER MONTH | START ASAP OR JANUARY | CBD, CAPE TOWN Reporting to Conveyancing Manager & Managing Director   Our client is a well-established residential property letting and management company. This position is not for a Law Firm, so we are looking for a candidate with +- 2 years’ experience, who is interested in working within the property industry. L egal conveyancing experience of at least 2 years, with a legal secretarial qualification would be an advantage but not a must.   Requirements: Paralegal or Conveyancing qualification (advantageous) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Conveyancing Excellent communication skills –English and Afrikaans Good working knowledge of MS Office (including excel) Excellent telephone manner and communication skills   APPLY WITH YOUR MOVE PERSONNEL - TODAY!
