The published price is a daily rate, therefore you need to buy one for each night's stay, for example, if you intend to book for the 3 nights 6 - 9 Oct, then your Quantity should be 3. 4. Minimum stay of 2 nights are required. 5. If we confirm the unit is available, please proceed with placing the order and make payment immediately. This will enable us to reserve the unit for you. 6. As soon as we receive notification from BoB that the payment has been made, we continue with the reservation process and (unless there are complications) you should have the confirmation letter e-mailed to you within 24 hours after making the payment. 7. If you place an order and don't make the payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If the payment has not been made within 24 hours after placing the order, the order will be cancelled. It is walking distance to the beach and Eden on the Bay. The MyCiti (public transport) bus stop is across the street, which connects you to the airport, City Bowl, V&A Waterfront, etc. The apartment is very conveniently located to major roads, which means you can reach the Cape Winelands, City Centre and most attractions within 30 minutes by car. It is fully equipped for 6 guests (bathroom towels and linen are provided). There is BBQ facilities. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. The rate includes DSTV Premium, electricity and exit cleaning. Airport transfers and tours are available on request at an extra fee.
