WEEKEND FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER FOR A BACKPACKERS LODGE IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly person with excellent hosting skills for our upmarket backpackers lodge in Woodstock. Working hours would be 8 hour shifts on Saturday and Sundays either starting at 7 in the morning or 3 in the afternoon, with the ability to do some relief shifts in case of emergencies You need to be very friendly, have good knowledge of Cape Town and some knowledge of the rest of South Africa.  You main duties would be to see to the comfort of our guests, advise them on tourist activities in Cape Town and oversee the cleaners to ensure that the lodge is kept in pristine condition.  Replying to emailed queries and the checking in and out of guests is also required.  Must be computer literate and English must be your 1st language.
