My Client in Sandton is looking for a WELL GROOMED Java Developer who can take action and lead in Situations. Requirements: 3-5 Years EXPERIENCE MUST have a DIPLOMA OR DEGREE Groovy Well organized and time focused  Good problem solving ability Good Communication skills Ability to evolve and learn new technologies Responsibilities: • Write client and server-side code for web-based applications, create robust production applications, and develop prototypes quickly. • Collaborate on scalability issues involving access to massive amounts of data and information. ! Technical skills: • Java EE • Flex • Basic SQL (PostgreSQL) • Eclipse IDE • Linux • Hibernate • JDBC • REST Nice to have: • UML • GraniteDS • JMS • Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design. • Experience with large systems software development.
