STORE BUILDS PROJECTS ASSISTANT IN SOUTH AFRICA

A leading beauty franchise group seeks a qualified store builds projects assistant to start immediately. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the process of revamped salons. The job will include project planning and execution of store revamps; maintenance logging and attendance and some administration duties. To be a considered for this position, the incumbent must have the following qualifications and job experience: 1. A diploma in project management experience. 2. Experience in site control and supervision. 3. Knowledge of and ability to create schedules, compile programs and manage budgets. 4. Experience in supervising contractors 5. Understand and be able to read technical and architectural drawings 6. Communicate effectively for the purpose of relaying and explaining instructions 7. Competently interact with professional teams, architects, property developers, landlords, centre managers and local authorities. 8.
