STOCK /COST CONTROLLER IN SOUTH AFRICA
Looking for a Cost/Store Controller for a hotel in Polokwane Salary: R – R live out. Depending on experience. Position will start as 3 month contract Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a 4/5 Star Hotel Good general knowledge of food and beverage products Micros (Product Management) System experience essential Strong administration, management and leadership skills Previous Bookkeeping /Accounting experience would be an advantage Must have grade 12 and be computer literate Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable Candidate will be required to: Responsible for ordering, receiving, issuing, storage and inventory Responsible for daily stock counts of various areas /stock Responsible for proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store area Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areas Report on variances and take follow up action
