Spares Consultant Introduction We are looking to recruit a Spares Sales Consultant in our Hillcrest Branch. This is highly pressurised environment and would ideally suit someone with the retail experience in ordering of spare, liaising with suppliers and sales. You must be able to deal with the customer queries, order, technicians, and quotations. You must have an excellent telephone. Minimum Requirements Matric Retail Experience Experience in ordering spares PC Literate Excellent communication skills Can Mutli task Has a friendly and approachable disposition Can work Retail Hours Job Specifications Main tasks and responsibilities; Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Log the customer query onto the system Dispatch technicians to service calls logged Provide customers with required quotations promptly Order spares for customers on request Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries Manage customer accounts Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Communicate clearly at all times with both customers and co-workers Key Competencies: Interpersonal skills Communication skills – verbal and written Listening skills Attention to detail Data collection and ordering Customer service orientation Adaptability Initiative Able to work under pressure We look forward to hearing from you.
