Sale of CAP product Receive daily leads listing. Contact client telephonically to confirm that they have received the relevant documentation, if not, email or fax documentation to the client. Explain the product to the client. Follow up with client on all outstanding/incorrect documentation. Forward the relevant documentation to either the Credit department or the line manager to close the sale. Ensure that the average number of calls per day and/or call time is achieved. To consistently meet monthly targets set. Provide exceptional service to all clients and resolve queries within the 24 hours of receipt. Min Requirements: Matric 1 to 2 years experience in a banking/sales environment
