RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / SPECIALIST SEARCH IN SOUTH AFRICA

Multi-disciplinary professional practice urgently seeks a specialist search consultant to join the team. This is a permanent salaried role plus incentivised. The environment is flexible work hours and delivery orientated, as opposed to time-at-office focussed. The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment and / or specialist search experience, especially on sourcing of candidates and matching those to job requirements. The ability to retain relationships are more important and finding new client work. Candidate make-up will include professionalism, excellent written and verbal communication skills, perhaps some international exposure (albeit not necessary in the recruitment industry), good all rounder and “do what we need to do” attitude, good value system, presentable, hard worker, problem solver, ambitious and some enteprenuerial drive. The ideal person will be someone that is looking for a smart career move, where they are frustrated by the lack of opportunity in their current recruitment environment and believe their talents are not utilised or not appreciated.
