RECEPTIONIST POSITION AVAILABLE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Are you a vibrant, friendly person with good people skills? We are a reputable, dynamic company based at the Airport in Cape Town seeking a receptionist with good telephone etiquette to join our team. Requirements: • At least 2 years experience in the similar field. • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. • Language abilities - English and Afrikaans. • Own vehicle and drivers license. • Available from February Duties will include but not be limited to: • Operate switchboard. • Receive clients and Suppliers and assist with refreshments. • Assist Directors and Management with tasks. • Managing receipt, recording and routing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the office including faxes, letters, packages and e-mail messages. • Order office supplies as required by the office/ management and keep cost spreadsheets. • Assist in organizing, coordinating and facilitating arrangements for staff/ company functions and events. • Provide overall office supports to all units. • Assist with building maintenance by obtaining quotes from suppliers for repairs.
