RECEPTION/ADMIN LADY (SOMERSET WEST) IN SOUTH AFRICA
We have the following employment (reception/admin) position available as from 1 March . Main functions.. 1. Manage the day to day administrative duties, Reception, Office and Administrative work. 2. Receive, record and coordinate documentation such as invoicing and the capturing thereof. 3. Manage the petty cash payment system. 4. Prepare, receive and file all relevant documents to enable auditing of this information easily. 5. Your working day commences at 8h00 and concludes at 17h00. The position is available in Somerset West. Must be energetic, and be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans. Must have very good organisational skills. ONLY Non Smokers need apply.
