Key Requirements Minimum 7 years total experience in a HR department or Recruitment Agency Environment. Minimum of 3 years corporate and contact centre recruiting experience in a fast paced environment where a minimum of two years has been at managerial level. Proven track record of managing a team in a contact centre recruiters. Clear understanding and hands on exposure and experience and of driving contact centre recruitments targets within strict deadline Passion of contact centre recruitment.
