Operations Recruitment Supervisor – Wynberg Cape Town Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and implementation of the resourcing strategy. Ensure quality, consistency and application of recruitment policies, procedures and practices. Design and deliver effective talent attraction, resourcing and planning practices and processes to meet Contact Centre requirements. Ensure that all operations recruitment is conducted in the line with the company's policies and procedures. Develop agreed resourcing and recruitment service level with management. Manage the operations recruitment process to meet the company and management requirements in a timely manner. Update the various trackers to ensure latest information and process status is being documented and communicated. Continuously update and maintain website, online career portals and intranet. Continuously ensure that the utilization of technology during the recruitment process is optimized. Analyse, evaluate and report on the efficiency of the operations recruitment process focusing on operations recruitment officer placement efficiencies and quality, costs and recruitment sources and make recommendations where necessary. Key Requirements Minimum 7 years total experience in a HR department or Recruitment Agency Environment. Minimum of 3 years corporate and contact centre recruiting experience in a fast paced environment where a minimum of two years has been at managerial level. Proven track record of managing a team in a contact centre recruiters. Clear understanding and hands on exposure and experience and of driving contact centre recruitments targets within strict deadline Passion of contact centre recruitment. A broad understanding of the Human Resource Function.
