Absa recently hosted the Durban leg of their Women in Business Series Breakfast Meeting. The series has been held around the country - with Durban having the biggest turn out.   The core aim of these events is to promote inspire and grow entrepreneurship amongst women. Margaret Hirsch COE of Hirsch’s Homestores and the winner of several Entrepreneurial business awards,  was invited as the Key Note speaker to talk about her journey as a  a woman in the business world and what it took to get her where she is today.  Margaret said, "what an honor to be invited to speak to such an amazing group of spectacular women. Commented COE of Hirsch’s, Margaret Hirsch “Our branch in the Cape – in Milnerton - is doing extremely well, with a customer base spread throughout the Cape. We wanted to make it easier for people coming from the Strand area to get to us, and found the perfect spot in Somerset West.” The new branch is situated in Dynagel street, opposite the Somerset West Shopping Mall, and will be open for business by the middle of September.
