It is essential for you to have a clear accent and be able to differentiate between clients, thereby being able to think on your feet. The job will also entail admin work and data capturing therefore basic computer skills are essential.  A good command of English is non-negotiable and an eye for detail is a must. Tasks are deadline-driven, so candidates must be able to follow instructions (written and verbal) efficiently. Hours are flexible but you need to be at the office on a daily basis.
